Therapeutic stance
I meet people with respect, openness, and the belief that every person already carries resources within themselves — even if these resources may not always be easily accessible during difficult times.
From a systemic perspective, I do not view difficulties in isolation but in connection with relationships, life experiences, and the broader context of a person’s life. Systemic therapy understands psychological challenges as part of relational and social systems rather than as problems located solely within an individual.
Symptoms and challenges often emerge within specific life circumstances and can serve a meaningful or understandable function within those contexts.
For me, psychotherapy is not about “fixing” a person. Instead, it is a collaborative process of understanding experiences, exploring patterns, and developing new perspectives together.
working method
In my work, I combine systemic thinking with a resource-oriented perspective.
Systemic psychotherapy focuses on understanding people within the context of their relationships and life circumstances rather than viewing difficulties as isolated problems.
A resource-oriented approach emphasizes the strengths, abilities, and personal resources that people already carry within themselves and that can support change and development.
In practice, this means:
-
making existing strengths and resources more visible
-
understanding the connections between experiences, relationships, and patterns of behavior
-
developing new possibilities for action and change
The pace of therapy is always guided by each person’s individual situation and personal goals.

A personal thought
Many people come to psychotherapy because they notice that certain situations or patterns seem to repeat in their lives — whether in relationships, everyday situations, or in the way they relate to themselves.
In therapy, exploring these patterns together can often open up a new perspective on one’s own experiences. Systemic psychotherapy, for example, looks at how recurring difficulties may be connected to relationship dynamics and life contexts rather than viewing them as isolated individual problems.
Sometimes, change begins precisely at that point — when familiar situations are understood in a new way and new possibilities become visible.
